Fire damaged the interior of the home. Repairs will include replacing dry wall on entire 2nd floor of home and (2) rooms of first floor. Flooring throughout home to be replaced along with painting and trim. Additional work to include re-framing of staircase and limited electrical repairs. No increase to building footprint. Remains single family residence. Subject to inspectors approval. Note: we requested and were granted a permit today for this work but it was issued for the house next-door (our error) at 1334 meridian. We will request a cancellation of that permit (permit # 201545282).
