May 11, 2006 3:17: pm ccox building master bedroom addition to rear of house on pier foundation and 1212 deck.; zoning permit site plan approved for addition to rear of existing single family home. Buncombe county assessors march 2002 gis aerial shows existing home may be non-conforming as it encroaches inside the minimum right side setback. No portion of new addition may encroach within minimum right side setback. Applicant should clearly identify and mark location of right side property boundary line and the distances to the foundation of the new construction prior to calling and requesting building footing inspection.; customer brought set of plans. Said that someone said that we needed another set. I see no notes so i have stamped it and put it in the file. :bld; amendment rec.
