Roof repairs on rear dependency, per materials stamped vcc approved 11 16 16, as follows:cut reglet and install new 24 gauge galvanized metal counterflashing at bourbon-side dependency parapet. Seal reglet with np-1 cauk. Install new 24 gauge galvanized apron flashing at madison-side edge of dependency roof. Rivet and caulk all seams with np-1 caulk. Clean and coat existing galvanized standing-seam roof with non-fibered aluminum coating (finished appearance must be matte, not gloss). Note: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr.
