To renovate building as per architectural committee approval of 01 10 17 and materials stamped vcc approved 04 19 17. Exterior work limited to: reconstruction of the overhang on the chartres elevation of the brown-rated garage structure utilizing original salvaged brackets and new ludoslate or natural slate relocation replacement of condensing units with a total of three (3) located on the flat roof of the brown-rated garage and four (4) located in the courtyard installation of a total of five (5) new thru-wall vents located on the barracks and royal st. Elevations. All vents to be painted to match the adjacent building surface
