SCORE 56 I just purchased the house and the 1 foot long hedge line bordering missouri avenue is very overgrown to 6- feet tall and become overpopulated with large weeds that have killed the hedge plants in many areas. The hedge is also protruding out over the sidewalk along missouri ave. I would like to remove the weeds, trim the hedges to 36 inches tall and back away from the sidewalk, and replant matching hedges (which are california privet hedge plants) in the exact areas where i remove the weeds in order to fill in the empty space. The final hedge line will be a continuous 1 california privet hedge along the sidewalk, no more than 36 inches high, as it was originally intended (without weeds). When finished, the hedge line will comply with the public domain design guide.
