SCORE 96 Make safe permit - for the repair replacement to sections of existing masonry wall from a previously collapsed portion of building. Collapsed portion of wall to be reconstructed with masonry. Remaining length of entire wall to be deconstructed by hand to a height of 6 feet above grade. Infills and capping of entire length of wall required to maintain structural integrity as a fence wall. Work to be completed as per attached engineers report. Upon final approval by inspector, work is to comply violation #517032. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #517032.
