June 19, 2013 6:05:46 pm pamk. Will, i received a complaint from neighbors forwarded to me to check out this house. From best inspection, it appears to be in bad disrepair. From best visual inspection, definite deferred maintenance. Was able to see portion of main level and portion of upstairs level through porch window, appears to have portions of ceiling that are falling. Rear of home shows to have a second story window that is gone and the lower foundation level is boarded up. Neighbors state that there are animal issues (pigeons, raccoons, etc) inhabiting the structure and one neighbor stated they had been in the dwelling approximately five years ago and noted problems with the roof leaking then. Could explain the ceiling issues noted above. Unsure if the dwelling is structurally sound. Ill probably be adjusting the current value from the inspection today. Thought that you may want to inspect the property if you havent already.
