SCORE 86 Contact miss utility to mark underground utility lines in area of proposed excavation. Installation of silt and construction fencing. Excavate from grade line down to footer at exterior front of building in area highlighted in marked on detail exwp13. After exposing wall, seal holes and cracks that may have formed within foundation wall. Scarify walls to remove any existing waterproofing or loose parging. Installation of parge coat as may be required. Installation of liquid cold applied waterproofing membrane. Installation of protection course over newly installed waterproof membrane. After membrane has cured, perform water test, preferably with owner or designated representative present. After completion of successful water test, proceed to backfill, using mechanical tamper to compact soil. Add soil to raise grade and create slight slope away from building. Removal of fencing to complete.
