Minor changes to sfd to bring it back to original conditions (historical house) replacing 24 sq ft windows like for like (hra), remove window at orignal entry door location with 18 sqft arched window, add steps below recessed window, replace clay tile attic vent with wood louve vent, remove roof tile at new entry location (24 sqft) and replace with torched felt (hra), remove shutters and rock wainscoting and to stucco rock pilars at the driveway.
