The existing building is construction type ii-b, with occupancy groups of b, f-1 & s-1. This build-out is not a change in use or occupancy. The building is currently sprinkled throughout and this build-out space is designed to be sprinkled as well. This build-out does not hinder the exit paths of the existing warehouse portion of the building as illustrated on the life safety plan.
