Windows to be aluminum-clad (dark color) wood double-hungs to fit the original masonry openings (full tear-outs of units, not frame within a frame), with a rounded brick mold in the victorian building and an ogee-profile brick mold in the classical one. Arched window at the second story of the victorian (south) house shall be arched to match. Most windows to be one-over one as now; the north building, however, has six-over-sixes in the dormers and on the first floor, which shall be matched, with external muntins of preferably 5/8" widths, although 7/8" may be used.
