We currently have two building permits we are working on at 202 savin hill (#003761 for 78 5 issued on 2/5/2009 and #sf12285 for 95 7 issued on 10/29). This permit is an expansion of scope and includes: removing 5 load bearing walls and replacing with beams adding additional structural support to existing areas adding 3 bathrooms and moving 3 bathrooms adding numerous closets moving two stairs (from 1st to basement &; from 2nd to 3rd) to be located under and over the main front stairway from 1st to 2nd floors moving the back stairway in the library to go up from the opposite direction. Total cost of all three permits = 341 200; submitted: 2 ses of stamped archite
