It stands about 8 feet at the highest point and has only a slight pitch. The roof has 2-3 layers of asphalt shingles that will be removed. Osb and appropriate weather guard will be installed, along with a year asphalt shingle and drip edge that matches that of the home and the previous shingle that was on the garage. Also, a new rain gutter will be installed to replace the old one, which is damaged and not functional. Work will be performed by the homeowner (adam faler).
