The groundwater monitoring and sampling activities of these four wells will be completed within a 12 hour period. Gauging and sampling of 4 existing groundwater monitoring wells will be conducted. This is a semi -annual activity required by the epa. Truck/van with surrounding traffic control devices will occupy 4 individual well locations in the alley, (mw-10, mw-11, mw-12 & mw-13) on public space/alley. Disposable bailers may also be placed in wells. Work will be in-between girard street ne and franklin street ne. All work be conducted under ddoe/wqd and ddot regulation, as per site plan, work plan report, dc well construction form and dc well schematic form, with he supervision of the gc.

The proposed work consist no wells or borings will be constructed or install at the site, this permit is for sampling only. The groundwater monitoring nd sampling activities of these four wells will be completed within a 1 hours period. Gauging and sampling of four existing groundwater monitoring wells will be conducted (mw-10, mw-11, mw-12 & mw-13).. This is a semi-annual activity required by the epa, all work will be conducted under ddot and ddoe regulations as per site plan, work plans report, ddoe dc well construction & schematic forms, documents and tcp for the chevron environmental management company.
