The event will be held in front of our storefront which is located at 157 seaport blvd we are in the second unit on the left hand side of the causeway which is located next to seaport hotel west building directly across from the seaport world trade center marine terminal (where the provincetown ferry docks). We will be having an event to showcase our new location in an effort to better accommodate our guest we will be setting up a tent in front of our storefront. The tent will run along side our building the approximate dimensions are 9 by 16 the tent will be heated in addition to having lighting. We will be serving food and alcoholic beverages. We are planning to hold the event on wednesday march 19th from 6: to 10:30pm.

I am adam chang i am the project manager for blo - blow dry bar blo was one of the very first blow dry bars within the city of boston and the 21st store among the 38 that we have worldwide. We have now expanded our business in the city with a 2nd location in the seaport area. This proposal is for our launch party/grand opening on wednesday march 26 2014. The event will be held from 6: pm to 8: pm that evening. We will be hosting approximately 75 guests which will consist of our clientele and various media outlets. There will be about people that will be staffing this event. Due to the size of our unit located at 157 seaport blvd we will be erecting a tent to extend along the front our unit to end of the vacant unit heading towards seaport blvd this will leave about 12? Of walkway for the public to use. The dimensions of the tent will be 20? By 30?. The tent will be heated and will include lighting we alos plan on having a generator
