First floor: remove lathe and plaster from 3 interior walls in the living room and dining room. Remove kitchen cabinets countertops lathe and plaster and 2nd interior stairway that services the kitchen. Remove 1 chimney and patch openings. Second floor: remove lathe and plaster from bedroom #2. Remove bathroom fixtures and lathe and plaster from bathroom #2.

First floor: remove load bearing wall next to living room and replace with lvl beams and columns add stairs from basement to first floor under existing stairway to 2nd floor all per engineers drawings. Add new 6 exterior door off kitchen. New kitchen half bathroom insulate exterior walls new blueboard plaster and trim throughout. New chimney liner and fireplace. Renovate part of the second floor (4 square feet of renovation area): new master bathroom and closet connected to master bedroom add insulation to exterior walls add 2nd floor laundry area new blueboard plaster and trim throughout.
