December 11, 2007 4:51:58 pm bdavis turner - zoning for x 6 ft room on back of house off of kitchen.; zoning was disapproved. Cannot issue zoning permit to expand nonconforming structure in a way that creates additional nonconformities. Swr december 12, 2007 11:25:15 am stuartr ; january 31, 2008 11:00:49 am bdavis larry turner returned my call. He went before the board of variance on monday and was approved. He is going to email stuart to see where to go with this process. January 31, 2008 10:25:44 am bdavis left larry turner a message to contact to permit office as to whether this addition will be pursued or voided. I have placed on hold until i hear from him. Zoning site plan permit application approved for room addition to rear portion of existing single family home.
