May 6, 2013 8:40:53 am ssalyer. Created permit as swo but is not, dangerous building;sls 93 fenner ave. Near unca school. Responded to a call from afd. Posted house as a dangerous building. Afd had gas turned off and i had the water and power turned off. House had about 8 trees fall on it. No one at home according to afd and neighbors. Rental house with tenants gone and the neighbors have attempted to reach the owner but unsuccessful so far. Eric j.
