Restore historic internal stairs from kitchen to basement, directly under the footprint of the stairs to the top floor. Nothing needs to be changed in existing floor joists, etc., we just need to pull out the plywood floor put over the original opening, and restore the stairs as they had been originally as a fully connected one family home. That will include pushing back a closet wall, non structural.
