To do the following work to the orange-rated storage shed at the rear of the main building, per attached photograph: replace the two deteriorated doors to match existing in spanish cedar, using the existing applied moldings repair jambs as necessary reinstall existing hardware prime & paint to match existing color (off-white)

Replace two sets of double french doors in the courtyard. All work to match existing.

Work as per structural engineers letter stamped vcc approved 06 06 17 as follows: to deconstruct courtyard wall between 9 toulouse and 926 toulouse due to structural failure to reconstruct wall utilizing salvaged or matching bricks, to match existing wall in height, shape, and detailing wall to be stuccoed to match existing utilizing vcc standard details (attached) adjacent building wall to be repaired and repointed utilizing vcc mixed mortar and details (attached) note: separate application to be filed if applicant proposes to stucco over existing exposed brick of building wall. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
