Lot 39 pmd; this project appears to propose four duplexes and one sf home with an accessory apartment on three newly created lots on marginal land (50% of land is inside the floodhazard and the floodway of smith mill creek) area and off laurel loop. Having two duplexes (four units) on one lot may make this fall into a full level one review.
