No change in use and occupancy classification. Level ii interior alterations, upgrades to finishes, minor structural work, and creation of a rear deck as per approved plans. Entire building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permit required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work. All work shall be done in accordance with approved plans. Asbestos abatement required prior to commencement of work.
