Replace existing doubel-hung window at new sink location with new marvin integrity double-hung window of similar width and shorter in height to fit above counter. Replace existing vinyl insert windows at remaining 2 windows on rear 1st floor wall with new marvin integrity insert windows. Replace existing rear exterior door with new thermatru fiberglass door. Frame new dropped ceiling in kitchen area to accommodate new recessed lights and range hood ducting. Move door opening between kitchen and rear hall to accommodate new refrigerator location. Provide rough and finish plumbing and electrical. Insulate exterior walls to code. Blueboard and skimcoat ceiling and walls surfaces in work area. Install new kitchen cabinets provided by owner.
