Calling to request survey or site plan to detemrine if lot has road frontage and can meet off-street parking. Swr december 12, 2007 2:24:49 pm stuartr ; january 9, 2008 11:10:46 am kneel additional site plan received. Zoning was dispaproved. Called and talked with one of three different applicant contacts. Need revised drawing showing proposed driveway, at least two off-street parking spaces (each space shall be a minimum of nine feet by 18 feet), any proposed steps & decks (previous plan indicated a front deck and rear stoop).
