Demolish existing two story covered porch rebuild off the existing footprint 19 feet long by 4 feet 6 inches deep the 13 feet by 4 feet 6 inches of the first floor would be enclosed as a three-season porch with no heat with access to the interior by a sliding glass exterior door to be installed and 6 feet by 4 feet 6 inches will be open exterior as entrance to the front door the existing front door of the home will be replaced. The second floor will be fully enclosed as a three-season porch with no heat with access to the interior by existing exterior door on second level. I plan on using precast sonotube 5 feet footing (specifications are attaching in pdf) instead of a poured cement sonotube. I have enclosed a sketched footprint layout, photos of current existing porch, and sketch of the front of the home after.
