To replace windows on the bienville and iberville elevation as per materials stamped vcc approved 12 15 16. Windows on the second floor to sit 5 back from the face of the masonry wall. Windows on the third and fourth floor to sit 8 back from the face of the masonry wall. All window depths to match existing. Note: windows to utilize clear glass glazing but the use of 3m scotchshield safety & security film, ultra series s8 may be applied to interior side of glass as per architectural committee approval of 06 14 16.

To renovate building as per architectural committee approval of 06 14 16, final materials submitted 09 23 16 and stamped vcc approved 10 06 16. Work includes but is not limited to: replacement of downspouts and drain boots repair replacement of all windows and the application of new 3m scotchshield safety & security window film ultra series s800o note: film to be completely clear and may not change the exterior appearance of the window in any way repair of the existing entry door on the bienville elevation installation of three new mechanical vents on the iberville slope of the roofo note: vents not to exceed 4 in diameter or extend more than 12 above the roof surfacenote: all exterior painting to be permitted separately

Closure of bienville between royal and chartres for crane placement. Closure 9:00am to 3: pm 10 12 16.

Install hanging projecting sign hanging from bracket per vcc.

Apply gold letters to interior face of glass transom and apply film with bottle art and letters cut out applied to interior face of door glass per sketch and vcc.

Install awning (with no signage) above entry door and place flower box above french casement window per plans.
