To renovate building, service ell, and courtyard as per plans submitted 05/16/16, approved by the architectural committee 05/24/16, approved by the commission 06/01/16, and stamped vcc approved 06/16/16. Work includes but is not limited to: modifying openings on the first and second floor of the decatur elevation of the service ell demolishing the existing pool and constructing a new lap pool in similar location retaining work done to garden walls and new masonry hvac enclosure repair/replacement of shutters throughout property as noted on plans installation of new lighting as noted on plans to prepare for painting by washing using a low water pressure; sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used); making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft with portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12); and to paint as follows:1.
