Add new storage shed, expand dumpster pad, straighten driveway, paving, add electric gate, plug in wall unit for heating for at&t. Adc.; rec amendment for the proposed building had to be shifted 9 east to miss a powerline. Loss of one parking space, but site is still in compliance. Another area drain was added to provide drainage to west of the proposed building. A grass swale was added increasing the disturbed area, but the disturbance is less than the 100 sf threshold. A detail was added specifying the drainage swale contruction.
