We will be renovating kitchens, and opening up the floorplans by moving walls to gain extra square footage. There is also an extra staircase that currently only leads to one bedroom. We have proposed to remove this staircase. We have proposed to a staircase off the back deck of unit 2 because it didnt currently have a 2nd egress. The house is also on a bit of a slant due to settling. So we will be raising the house about 3 inches. We will add bath on 3rd floor and will be suring up the existing structure to make sure it lasts a long time.
