Remove old roofing down to sheating no wood replacement

Repair parapet wall on east side: tuckpointing and replace up to 250 bricks. Tuckpoint east elevation. All work same as existing.

Interior & exterior alterations, new steel columns beams w conc footings, & new microlam beams, new interior partitions, replacement of mechanical hvac ac systems, replace existing plumbing waste, vent and water supply, new electric outlets, new front porch, replace existing concrete basement stairs, install one new window as per plans. Note: new plumbing fixtures and new electrical service are not part of this scope of work and are covered under epp 100215182.

Upgrade service from 200amp to 400amp and add circuits for new addition. Plan# 22046

Move arial wire from building to a tempoary poll and install a tempoary meter socket and feed overhead to the side of the building to a new pannel for the purpose of erecting a new 2-story addition to the rear of the existing building.
