Remove damaged natural slate roofing material install new natural slate (grey/green), using copper nails as needed to match existing install/repair copper gutters, flashing and vents as needed to match existing repair internal box gutter as needed to match existing install/reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles if necessary metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding walls torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr.

Renovation of green rated building in conjunction with change of use from bank to restaurant, per commission approval 10 04 17 and materials stamped vcc approved 10 30 17, including:remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 1-1 2" x 4 t&g kiln dried and oil primed treated pine floorboards (note: atypical, approved by committee as test case), and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Remove four (4) existing storefront windows with transoms on chartres and royal elevations and install new single lite, single panel bifold french doors and four lite transoms. Remove one (1) existing storefront window with rounded header and fan light, and install new french doors with 12 lites, single wood panel and fan light transom. Remove steel cross beams from rooftop mechanical platform. Expand platform to 8-3" x 18-3" with 3-6" galvanized steel safety rail. Install nine (9) carrier 24abb3 condenser unit
