For level ii alteration to hvac to include the erection of registers, diffuser and mechanical equipment with associated ductwork. Proposed system to be connected to existing system. All work to be done per approved plans. Separate permits required for all other alterations, electrical and plumbing work.

Removal of old roofing system and adding new roofing system

Rehab existing commom bathroom 5-wc, 5-shower, 6-lavs, 1-mop basin, 3-urinals & 2-floor drains (rehab center)

Install power to new bus shelter: 1-20amp circuit, run underground rigid conduit from pole to new shelter as per 2008 nec (east district)

Remove a 20 gallon above ground heating oil storage tank and install a new 20 gallon double wall heating oil storage tank in the same spot

Install a new 20 gallon double wall heating oil storage tank in the same location as tank removed in permit 481000. All work to be in accordance with padep regs,all applicale codes, nfpa & 31

Interior demo and renovations of the third floor, upgrades to inpatient client rooms, new partitions, flooring, finishes, common bathroom and fixtures, accessibility upgrades. Prior pre code use occupancy no change in occupancy classification. Co attached as a matter of record. Building fully sprinklered. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, sprinklers. Install 8 amp service for the 2nd floor - 1 4 amp panel for the 2nd floor with a future 4 amp panel for the 3rd floor - install fictures - 1 receptacles - 3 exits - 11 battery packs - replace existing smoke and heat detectors for 2nd floor - horn strobes - 6 heats - 5 smokes 2 pull stations - as per 2008 nec

Hvac installation at second floor of rehabilitation center. All work must confrom with requirements of 2009 editions of international building and international mechanical codes.

Mechanical systems including tying into existing plumbing system for new bathrooms & new water heater (rehab center)

Install a new auto wet sprinkler throughout as per nfpa 13 in cellar and nfpa 13r on first, second and third floors as per submitted plans.
