Replace two windows and one patio door like for like with retrofit vinyl windows that have a . 35 or better u-value, installed per manufacturers specifications.

We will need to bring the meter outside up to code. We will need to run a new mast from the meter base up through the softer of the roof and then up through the roof in order to bring the drip loop higher and pull the wires that are hanging down out of the back yard. We will also need to drive 2 8 foot ground rods into the dirt under the meter base and run a number 4 awg wire between the 2 ground rods and up into the meter in order to bring it to code and make it so the house is grounded. We will then install an intersystem bonding connector on the side of the meter base in accordance with the 2017 national electrical code.
