Sperry tents dc will be erecting a 24x44 tent in the courtyard of the textile museum on friday august 23rd. The tent is for a wedding reception where which will be for standing, dancing and cocktails. No open flames will be under the tent. Sperry tents has done several tents at the textile museum and also has the new protective flooring to protect the grass under the museums new guidelines. Site plan and flame certificate attached.

This is one of many tents that the company has constructed at the museum and all sprinklers and landscape hazards are already documented from previous installments. All site plans, structural drawings and flame certificates are present and current. There are three different areas where guests may exit the tent and seek refuge. There will be no staging, no cooking and no open flames under the tent.

Patch and repair of roof to stop leaks replace the single pane windows of the front of the building to double insulated windows - pella -architectural series.
