Renovation of existing bath, hall and laundry. New bath will have built in shower, no tub, new toilet,vanity. New plumbing and electric to code. Existing window in new bath to stay with tempered glass panel/sash. New skylight added over shower (see attached gis map with seans sign off). Laundry to have plumbing and elecric to code with louvered doors for make up air. One existing window in hall to be removed and replaced with three non-operable fire rated glass transom windows. (building is ~ 2 1/2 feet from lot line). We plan to do all interior work and skylight while obtaining special permit for removing one window and adding new exterior windows. Four new smoke/co detectors to be added to existing bedrooms and connected to existing hardwired system. All existing smoke detectors to be upgraded.

Gut and renovate powder room and kitchen

Demolish and remove existing rear deck. Install new smaller deck within existing deck footprint with new inch x 4 feet deep round sonotubes.
