The removal of a frame structure at the rear brick coach house. The current principal building is a two-flat residential building and the coach house is an auxiliary structure on the property. In the future the principal building will be renovated into a single family home. The removal of the frame addition to the coach house will not change the occupancy of the property. The principal building and the coach house are of iii-b construction.

Interior renovation of basement, first, and second floors, third floor attic space, and exterior renovation of rear facade. The existing building is a two-flat of iii-b construction and the proposed project is a conversion to a single family home of like construction type. The project also includes the removal of the rear wood stair and porches and the construction of a 207 sf frame addition. This frame addition to the rear includes a two story addition. The first floor extension includes the full width of the floor plan, while the second story addition includes an enclosed portion as well as an outdoor terrace off the master bedroom.
