The proposed condo development consists of 32 units, each which are 2 story and have 1 dedicated parking stall. The units are stacked upon one another, resulting in each structure being 4 floors. The lower condo units are each approximately 13 gross square feet; the upper condo units are each approximately 18 gross square feet. The bottom floor is the parking level which is access via a sloped driveway from 17 south.
