Re rough new 3" pvc stacks, 3" to water closets, 1 2 pvc to all small fixtures, and running pex to each fixtures for water line

Tear down existing 2 story front and rear masonry walls. Replace with 2 x 6 framing, plywood sheathing and brick veneer as per 2009 irc. Masonry front wall with veneer - remove existing brick front wall, 4 square feet. Frame new front wall with 2 x 6 studs and plywood sheathing. New framing to be structurally fastened to existing party walls and inspected prior to starting brickwork. Foundation wall to extend to first floor at 8 inch width. Start 4 inch brick veneer at first floor level, install brick ties every 32 inches, vertical and horizontal. Physically tie in every 4 feet at adjoining wall. Windows and door same location. Install capping, flashing and weep holes as per code requirements.

Install 200amp service w total rewire os a single family dwelling as per nec 2008 (south district)

Replace 4 roof rafters with like in kind on main roof. Repair existing rear shed with like in kind materials and replace roof decking and reroof to make safe only. Full demolition of rear kitchen shed and rebuild not allowed on this permit. Call inspector for an initial inspection prior to the start of work.

1-60,0 btu, 95% efficiency furnace with 2 ton a c & ductwork. Installation of mechanical equipment. All equipment and associated duct work is to be installed as per manufactures specifications. Installation must meet the code requirements of the international mechanical code and the international energy conservation code.
