June 11, 2013 5:03: pm pamk. Cswo, complaint, anonymous, 1oo ft of sewer line being put in maybe with out a permit on 6/11. (there was a permit for a gas line.) please check if there was a sewerline put in without a permit. Pjk; june 12, 2013 5:04:45 pm pamk. Complaint permit # 13-3468 i have placed a swo @ 16 london rd for replacing a sewer line without permits. No fine, miscommunication between owner and contractor. Owner of building will come in on 6/13/13 to pull permit for sewer line and have a camera inspection at a later date. Thanks garrett g.
