32 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for renovation. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Three sets of plans drawn to professional quality are to be submitted for review and approval by the department before work on renovation starts. For a day care center not more than twenty-four(24) consecutive hours with accessory preparation and serving of food at first floor in the same building with existing three(3) apartments above. No sign on this application.

Limited interior alterations to create one (1) hour rated enclosure at rear stair from basement to first floor (original wall was incorrectly built partial height), installation of self-closing fire door and documentation of relcation of accessible bathroom from previously approved location and construction of partitions in basement for accessory office. Certificate of occupancy for day care in the first floor and basement of an existing sprinklered building. Separate permits required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing or fire suppresssion head relocation work.
