Insulating roof joists and renovating attic space as a playroom and adding a new stair to this level. Reconfiguring second floor to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Framing new stair in new location. Renovating first floor by updating the existing kitchen, adding one half bath, one new coat closet and framing new stairs in a new location. Minor changes to basement level as we are only continuing the new stairs down to this level and relocating an existing exterior door. Some window changes and front facade changes including the removal of one set of entry stairs and a small roof overhang. All window changes located in non-conforming areas have been approved by bza (approvals submitted with this set).

Demo bath tub and tile shower area and floor. Add cabinet at end of shower area.
