Excavator relocating soil shall obtain permission & required permits from local municipal agencies prior to soil relocation. Back yard pool access shall have permission from the owner(s) of lot(s) easement(s) prior to work. All work shall comply with city standards. A pre-inspection is required! Final engineering encroachment inspection is required prior to building permit final inspection. Any damage to the curb, gutter, sidewalk or landscape will be repaired prior to deposit refund.
