Applicant submitted site plan shows hand drawn 25 rear setback, however buncombe county tax assessor / land records gis aerial photo parcel layer shows existing home maybe as close as twenty one feet to rear property line. Recommend applicant consider checking property owner survey to determine setback will be met.
