Smith company requesting update on zoning review. Called and left message with applicant contact, fred luther, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, location of existing buildings, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements.
