Installation of pelco spectra iii camera on traffic light pole at 19' above ground level, we will also be mounting a network box at 11' above ground level. We will be attaching the camera to the network box via low voltage cableing routed inside the traffic light pole. We will be powering the network box from the nearest traffic controller box located at street level. This will be a 120vac circuit tapped off the traffic controller box running through existing manholes at the intersection.

Roof tear off only - remove and replace roofing and insulation. No sturctural work. All work same as existing.

Replace ballasts and bulbs in fixtures throughout building on all 11 floors including the sub-basements and basement.

Replacement of existing non-required 225 kva ups system with new, non-required 450kva ups system in first basement of cook county building.

Install two carrier 7 1 2 ton, remote, air cooled, r410a, on the roof of courtyard light well. The units serve the basement electrical room.

Conduit and fiber optic install 320-4178-0300. Interior work on upper floors only.

Replace one liebert system, with one 12 ton, air cooled, self-contained, r407c liebert condensing unit and one liebert glycol cooled evaporator. The condenser is on the 2nd floor roof, and the evaporator serves an it room on the 3rd floor.

Interior alterations and removal of existing generator and replacing it with a new one as per plans.

Install low voltage duress [panic] system in 2 court rooms

Replace hoist ropes on three (3) passenger elevators; elevators #2s n 3500lb. Cap, 12-floors gearless. Elevator #7n 4000lb. Cap, 16-floors geared. Pursuant to the scope of work submitted. Ev001075
