Dccr proposes one geotechnical boring pb-5 ow located in the flat land within the mount bethel church parking lot. The boring will be 8 inch od in diameter and 1 ft in depth.

Dccr proposes 12 instrumentation wells for the first street tunnel project dc water division p at the thomas street csa. These wells include both public and private space permits. Six instruments: mpbx-ps-002, inc-ps-001, obw-ps-002, inc-ps-002, inc-ps-003, vwp-ps-002 are in private space in this dcra permit. Six instruments: mpbx-ps-001, inc-ps-005, vwp-ps-001, inc-ps-006, obw-ps-001, inc-ps-004 are located in public space under ddot permit pa98016. Obw are 6 inch, vwp are 5 inch, mpbx are 8 inch, inc are 8 inch diameter. All wells will be drilled with hollow stem auger or mud rotary drilling. Depths range from 51 to 93 ft. Dccr proposes 36 ground freeze wells, 2 piezometers, and 3 temperture monitoring wells on private property for the first street tunnel project dc water division p at the thomas street csa. All boreholes are 6. 75 diameter and depths vary from 75 to 130. All wells will be drilled with mud rotary drilling or duplex drilling. See attached ddpe schematics and work plan

One crawler crane will be mobilized and utilized at the pump station/thomas street construction staging area
