Remove existing shingles and replace. Add ice and water shield to decking to comply with code and repair decking as needed. If decking is removed, may add blown in insulation while attic is exposed. Replacing with trudefinition duration designer colors collection shingles from owens corning. Will be using 30# roof felt in areas not covered with ice/water shield. Will be doing closed cut valleys in accordance with manufactures installation instructions. Drip edge is in good shape and will not be replaced unless decking or fascia boards need to be replaced. Will add ridge vents to system and replace all flashing with new.
