Install leak barrier 4. 5 from eave, 3 in the valleys and around all roofing penetrations install color baked drip enamel around perimeter and strip in with leak barrier install synthetic underlayment over the rest of roof to dry-in install gaf pro-start starter strips around the entire perimeter of roof install gaf timberline hd lifetime architectural shingles with 6 nail install install gaf cobra snow country ridge line exhaust ventilation system install gaf seal-a-ridge profile hip and ridge cap install all necessary l-metal, step flashings, and full metal pipe jacks install any necessary counter flashing paint pipes and pipe jacks to match shingles new cricket will be installed at chimney and low slope area to improve drainage replace damaged fascia board on north west corner of house as needed.
