Existing siding is very worn and previously termite infested -- burglars actually entered the house with their bare hands. Work: 1.) replace this with smooth hardiplank siding 2.) add 1 2 osb plywood and vapor barrier. 3.) repair damage where burglars entered the house. Please note that this work was previously approved by the hdlc via cofa 12-20302-hdlc, issued by k. Falwell, applicant david bienne (he was my architect, he is deceased) allowing changing to smooth hardiplank -- this work was not done then as a cost saving measure. Please not that there is a whole in the house from burglars and we are eager to start asap.
