This project links the french quarter to the mississippi river through three renovated plazas: 1. Washington artillery plaza, 2. Dumaine street plaza, and 3. St. Phillip street plaza. The plazas will be linked by the renovated walkway next to the river and will include steps and seating at the washington artillery plaza.
